INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Each Machine Pulls 12 AMPS and Needs a 15 AMP Breaker
Minimum.
2.
Machine Must Remain Upright at All Times; laying machine
on its side will result in damage to the compressor.
3. It is recommended that the
Customer uses only authorized Icy UR Havin A Party
supplied Beverage Mixes in the Frozen Drink Machine.
Product used in the frozen drink machine MUST Have at
Least 18% Sugar Content to Freeze Properly and to Avoid
Breakage of the Scraper Blade and Damage to the Motors.
NEVER PUT ICE INSIDE
THE FROZEN DRINK MACHINE!! THIS WILL NOT SPEED UP
YOUR FREEZE TIME..IT WILL DAMAGE THE AUGERS!!
IF YOU CHOSE TO HAVE YOU FROZEN DRINK MACHINE OUTDOORS,
PLEASE UNDERSTAND SOME THINGS ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL:
FOR EXAMPLE- HOT- HUMID WEATHER, HEAVY DUTY EXTENSION
CORDS LONGER THAN 25 FEET, THAT CAN PROLONG FREEZE
TIME. (They WILL freeze, it’s just takes longer) We do
our best to avoid problems by shading the cart,
avoiding lengthy extension cords, and early delivery.
4.
Customer agrees not to use any ingredients other than
those products recommended by Icy UR Havin’ A Party!
5.
I understand I (the lessee) am not to disassemble or attempt
to service any equipment supplied.
6. I understand that I have been given written
instructions specifically detailed for equipment being
rented.
Rental
Terms:
All Equipment requires a 50% deposit at the time of
reservation. This can be done with a credit card. Due to high demand,
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY RESERVATION WITHOUT RECEIPT
OF A DEPOSIT.
We do not bill for any balance remaining for any reason.
Balance is due on delivery in the form of cash, a
check or money order made payable to “Icy UR Havin’ A
Party." We
accept checks in a form of a deposit if they are
received at least 14 days before the event.
Deposits can be mailed to: (Mailed deposits
must be received within 5 days)

Icy UR Havin' A Party supplies one 25 foot recommended
heavy duty extension cord to customers for use with the
machines.
*Icy
UR Havin' A Party! delivers, instructs, and sets up all
equipment. Customer pick up is not an option.
*Icy UR Havin' A Party! serves the Greater Oakland
County area and is located in White Lake Township,
Michigan. $20 fuel surcharge will be charged to deliver
to events over 20 miles.
*Icy
UR Havin’ A Party!, LLC Will charge a $20.00 NSF Fee
for checks returned for any reason. If checks are not
paid within 10 days, collection action will
be taken as permissible by law.
Please look at your machine closely. The Customer agrees to be responsible for
all damage to
or loss of the Machine, (including but not limited to
dents, scratches, dings and any other physical misuse) and/or other materials owned by
Icy UR Havin' A Party however caused, while the
Machine/materials is in the possession of the Customer.
This includes any damage due to failure to follow
instructions for cleaning and proper product mixing and
any damage resulting from mishandling of the Machine.
The Customer will be responsible for the full cost of
repairing the Machine and/or for replacing any broken or
lost parts; including bowls, gaskets, handle parts and
covers.
Icy UR Havin' A Party does not supply alcohol. Customer
assumes all liability when alcohol is used.
It is our pleasure to clean the machines for our
customers free of charge after each use. It takes us a
lot of time to take apart, thoroughly clean, and
sterilize after each normal use. We have the right to
charge a customer, or send a bill to for
excessive, unusual
defilement if any
upon return of the machine.(s)
PLEASE
REFRAIN FROM USING ADHESIVES SUCH AS GLUE, TAPE ON OUR
MACHINES FOR YOUR HOMEMADE SIGNS. IT IS DIFFICULT TO
REMOVE AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A CLEANING FEE FOR EXCESS
DEFILEMENT.

LLC
does not produce the products they sell. We dedicate a
lot of time in testing different suppliers with products
and how they taste. In fact, most of our supply is not
purchased locally. We are in fact very fastidious on our
choices. It is our reputation. If we wouldn't
consume it, we don't sell it! Once a customer has chosen
his/her flavor, and the product has been opened, it
is no longer good to us. You, the customer is
responsible for purchasing your opened choices.
Unfortunately, we cannot grant returns on opened items.

(Icy UR Havin' A Party
attempts to dedicate one on one service with our company
in its entity with each and every customer. However, at
times due to the need of equipment repair, we may find
it necessary to contract out another company to serve
you. This company will offer you a similar machine and
good service, but may not have the same decor as us.
Although we may be very similar, their terms may differ
slightly from ours. (You will be
notified if this action is necessary.)
Customer
understands that failure to arrange pick up of the Machine/machines
by the specified date and time will result in an additional
late charge of $100 per day.
For your own safety, we ask that only 18 years and up
operate the machines.
Most
of the equipment we rent requires training prior to its
use. We suggest that the person(s) designated to run the
equipment get a lesson in operation from us prior to the
date of the event. We will not be responsible for machines
that do not work properly if no lesson was given prior
to use.
All of our equipment is NSF listed and UL approved for
safety, however, most of it is designed for indoor use.
Please ask if you are unsure of how the equipment may
be used outdoors.
Our rental equipment is tested for safety and reliability
on a regular basis. As with all equipment, however, there
is a risk that if it is not used properly, injury could
result. Icy UR Havin’ A Party assumes no responsibility
for injury resulting from the misuse of a machine. Insurance
and health department permits, if required for your particular
event, should be provided by you and is your
responsibility.
You will be responsible for the equipment from the time
the equipment is dropped off to the time it is picked up.
Please make sure the equipment is secured when not in
use and protected from the weather. You will be charged
for any damaged or missing items.
CANCELLATIONS OR SIGNIFICANTLY ALTERED ORDERS: Due to the high demand for equipment, it
is necessary for us to have reservations guaranteed in
advance in the form of a security deposit. Deposits must
be presented when the reservation is made.
A full
refund will be given on reservations cancelled at least
21 days prior before the event date.
Reservations cancelled or significantly altered less
then 5 days before the equipment is to be delivered, are
subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full contract
cost. All other reservation cancellations are subject to
a cancellation fee of ½ of the contract cost.
